Structural has partnered with a professional engineer with extensive experience in the building industry. This value added service allows Structural to quickly turn around repairs, address inspector issues, engineered seals, and other field design questions to simplify the construction process.

Weaver Superior Walls

Weaver Superior Walls is the leading installer of precast foundation walls in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States. From a small masonry shop in Lancaster County, PA, Weaver Superior Walls has grown to become an innovator and leader in the industry. Their Precast Foundations are pre-lined with closed-cell foam insulation and moisture protection during the manufacturing process and delivered to my job sites in my precise specifications. I build a lot of green-certified homes, they are my choice for energy savings and efficiency.

The Heartpine Company, like me, thinks and acts generationally; constantly discovering new sources and old techniques to bring to homeowners. They take great pride in taking something that has been thrown away and forgotten and molding it into something their clients will never forget. Nordic Steel and Gutters

The Swedish style of half round gutters and round downspouts of Nordic Steel and Gutters, is one of the best gutter system I've seen. The hangers are so strong that you can do pull ups from them, or walk in the gutter. The Greencoat paint system used is rape seed oil based and is a great eco-friendly option for builders looking for sustainable building options.

Cawood Architecture is located in Purcellville Virginia and specializes in the design of new homes and the renovation of existing homes. In architecture since 1998, William Cawood has spent his career working on context sensitive residential architecture that is informed by historic forms and design methods. His design philosophy is akin to mine in that architecture should enrich the daily life of its users, and he seeks to add the small details that make a house a home. Will and I have worked on several new home build and large-scale renovation projects together.
